  • Special Projects Manager

    This position is responsible for supervising the Special Projects Technician in field work, overseeing safety protocols and keeping the project running efficiently and on schedule. This position requires removal of brush and trees from various road right of way corridors as well as filling pot holes and problematic areas on right of way, correcting erosion damage and maintaining trails. Work will be done using power and hand tools, trucks, ATV’s and heavy equipment.

    This position establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives, and receives guidance in terms of broad goals.

    This position performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures, and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.

    The Native Village of Eyak Ilanka Community Health Center is accepting applications for a Registered Nurse.

    The position is fulltime, regular.

    The RN is responsible for direct patient care and maintaining accurate records and documentation of nursing care.

    Must have a current Alaska RN license.

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for an Environmental Technician.

    The position is fulltime, seasonal.

    The position works with the Environmental Projects Manager to collect soil samples, brush cut, remove metal and general site cleanup work.

    Applicants should have experience with boating and power tools. Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for an Environmental Project Manager.

    The position is fulltime, seasonal.

    This position works with the NALEMP Coordinator to organize projects, is responsible for job safety and ensuring projects progress according to schedule.

    Applicants should have supervisory experience and project management experience. Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license. Alaska class B CDL preferred.

    The position will be as needed and hours will vary based on occupancy.
