Native Village of Eyak Tribal Public Works REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Mechanical Systems Project
The Native Village of Eyak (“NVE”) is soliciting proposals and rate information from a professional firm with engineering experience to provide mechanical engineering for a construction cost estimate, design, and specification documents sufficient for open market solicitation of construction services in Cordova, Alaska. Proposals must be received by the Native Village of Eyak at the main office 110 Nicholoff Way, Cordova Alaska by 5 P.M. local time on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
Proposals must be marked Attn: Bert Adams, Tribal Public Works Manager. To be considered, respondents must deliver submittals to the address below, on or before the deadline, and in the number of copies indicated below. Proposals may be submitted via hand delivery to NVE main office 110 Nicholoff Way, standard USPS mail, Goldstreak, or fax to (907) 424-7739.
NVE is seeking proposals to provide construction cost estimates, design, and specification documents for construction services to repair the plumbing and HVAC systems for the NVE Administration Building.
Native Preference: NVE seeks, to the greatest extent feasible. Respondents DO NOT
need to qualify as an Indian organization or Indian-owned economic enterprise in order to submit a proposal.
The Native Village of Eyak reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
