  • Ilanka Cultural Center Assistant

    Ilanka Cultural Center Assistant

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for a ICC Assistant.

    The ICC Assistant is a part-time, temporary position (Nov.-April).

    The Ilanka Cultural Center Assistant is the main coverage for the gift shop, museum, cache & tribal library as well as assists with cultural programming and projects.

    Experience: 1-year customer service experience preferred. Experience with Photoshop preferred.

    Education Requirement:High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ilanka Cultural Center Traditional Harvesting Coordinator

    Ilanka Cultural Center Traditional Harvesting Coordinator

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for a ICC Traditional Harvesting Coordinator.

    The ICC Traditional Harvesting Coordinator is a regular, part-time position (28hrs/week).

    The ICC Traditional Harvesting Coordinator is in charge of scheduling, planning and coordinating the NVE subsistence activities.  The Traditional Harvesting Coordinator works closely with NVE Tribal Members, Subsistence Boat Captain and the Cultural Director.

    Experience:
    Experience with local subsistence activities preferred.

    Education Requirement:
    High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • NVE Intern 2019

    Intern

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for Interns.

    The Intern is a part-time, seasonal position.

    This position works with NVE’s cultural, IT, and Administrative Departments in order to assist programs and learn various job skills.

    Experience Requirement: No experience needed.

    Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in High School program.

  • PRN (As Needed)

    Ilanka Community Health Center PRN Nurse

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for a PRN Nurse.

    The PRN Nurse is an On-Call position.

    The Ilanka Community Health Center Registered Nurse provides support and assistance to medical providers and coordinates direct patient care while facilitating patient flow within the clinic.  Ilanka Community Health Center promotes a team based approach to care.

    Experience Requirement: Ilanka Registered Nurse must have one a minimum of one year of  experience in a clinical setting.

    Education Requirement: The successful applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.  Ilanka Registered Nurse must have a current Alaska RN license.

  • Medical Diagnostic Sonographer

    The Native Village of Eyak’s Ilanka Community Health Center is accepting applications for a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer.

    The position is part time with flexible hours.

    Duties include performing ultrasounds, evaluating image quality and maintaining patient records.

    Applicants are required to hold a minimum of an associate’s degree in medical diagnostic sonography and be registered with ARDMS.

    The position is open until filled.
